Starter includes the core VPN service and Alternative ID. One adds tools such as Antivirus, Alert, and Search, according to Surfshark’s current plan comparison. Review the feature list on the retailer’s checkout page because bundles can change. If you only plan to use the VPN, the extra features in One may have little value to you. If you would otherwise pay for one of the included tools, compare that cost with the difference between the plans.
Make a short list of the devices and services you need. A bigger advertised percentage off is not a reason to buy features that will go unused.

A promotional monthly rate for a multi-year plan often describes a single upfront payment spread across the covered months. Read the total due at checkout, the number of months included, and any taxes. Extra promotional months affect the effective monthly cost, but they do not necessarily lower the amount charged today.
